Google My Business has become more and more important as time has gone on. If you do not have access or ownership of your Google My Business listing, which is your directory listing on Google, you need to have it. I recommend to all of our clients that if they are not a franchise, typically if you’re a home care or senior care franchise of some kind, the franchisor will control your Google My Business listing.
